Call me Melle tho. || From NYC || In an abusive relationship with a terrible show called Glee. I hate most of the things i used to love and Glee is 100% to blame. Kurttanacedes is the best ship even if you don't agree. Chris Colfer is the sass-master. Seriously in love with Naya Rivera. Worships Amber Riley. I will post whatever I want! (mainly random things)
This blog is not:
✖ Blaine/Klaine friendly.
✖ Crisscolfer friendly.
✖ Naya, Chris, Amber hater? Not the blog for you. Also any general hate towards the glee cast!
~WHALE CUM TO MY BLOG! (:
I did see the tweet but honestly anon, I think people in the glee fandom take things way too seriously and read into things more than they should. Let’s be real, if Naya wanted to throw shade at Lea she wouldn’t of been as subtle with Lyrics. Plus again, Glee doesn’t equal documentary and just because Pezberry are fighting on screen does not mean the same for Lea/Naya (Riverchele). It’s honestly sad that she can’t tweet lyrics without causing a riot between the crazies. It’s the same with the Crisscolfer shippers and Chris and i honestly don’t know how this cast stays so strong when their fandom is terrible, elitist, entitled assholes.
…And I think i’m going through the five stages of grief all at once.
hello 911 I want to report a theft. yes. A cutie stole my heart. No. I just want the cutie back. They can keep my heart. Thank you. Yes. I’ll stay on the line.
1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it.
2. Say “exactly” what you mean.
3. Don’t be a people pleaser.
4. Trust your instincts.
5. Never speak badly about yourself.
6. Never give up on your dreams.
7. Don’t be afraid to say “no”.
8. Don’t be afraid to say “yes”.
9. Resist the need to always have control.
10. Stay away from drama and negativity – as much as possible.

everyone’s got that couple of fanfics that you just read over and over even though you practically know it by heart because it’s so perfect it’s like a favorite book and you just catch yourself clicking to a random chapter on it because it’s so good it’s comforting to reread it
I understand that Glee is trying to go for the F.R.I.E.N.D.S dynamic on the show now. Friends was a great show to which I still watch today.
But what RIB is forgetting and other networks like cough *cbs* cough, is that we like to see POC represented on TV nowadays. No one wants to see an all white casts going through their white people problems for jokes or laughs.
It’s not exciting to me, or any person of color. Glee has always had the “straight white male hero” dynamic (see: Finn, Sam, etc) but as the writers can see by their dwindling viewers, it’s not working, it hasn’t ever worked.
Girls don’t always need guys to save them.
Rachel cannot hold the show up on her own.
POC representative can potentially give them more viewers, not only the 18-49 demographic, but poc viewers who wouldn’t normally watch a show unless they see a poc.
I can’t with Glee, really can’t. It’s not 1997 anymore. Your all white cast won’t get me to watch, your racists, sexiest undertones are already revolting.
This is a very bad idea RIB.
